Julie Gross

If Dr. Dolittle Were Good With People Too

Human Resources Lead

Julie is our resident zookeeper. She’s currently caring for two cats, two dogs, a talking bird, and the occasional sugar glider. She came to ROSE after years of helping start ups and laying foundations for recruiting across multiple digital agencies. She transitioned from resource management to human resources to try and help companies foster more successful organizations.
