Moët Hennessy customers can find their perfect bottle using the Virtual Wine And Spirits Concierge. The experience, upon initiation, asks users a series of interactive "get-to-know-you" questions. Using this data, the virtual concierge delivers a tailored recommendation for a wine or spirit that aligns with the user's personality profile.
Consumers can get recommendations on-site using QR codes placed in stores. As a result, this experience provides customers with instant access to personalized recommendations directly at the shelf. Consequently, the experience actively empowers consumers with valuable insights and purchase guidance right at the point of sale. Customers can confidently make their wine or spirits selection, whether for personal enjoyment or as a thoughtful gift.
The Virtual Wine And Spirits Concierge provides a recommendation based on a user’s answers to the prompted questions. The responses they choose reveal which of the eight personality types the user falls under. Next, the concierge matches each personality type with the Moët Hennessy wine or spirit that compliments it best, ultimately providing each customer with the perfect product recommendation. After finishing the quiz, the experience reveals the user's unique personality type using a graphic representation, along with the wine or spirit recommendation.
