With so many incredible options, selecting the perfect wine or spirit can be a daunting task. With the virtual wine and spirits concierge, users answer a series of questions that lead to the perfect product recommendation, from their own personal virtual mixologist.

Moët Hennessy customers are able to find their perfect bottle using the virtual concierge. After placing the experience in their space, users answer a series of “get-to-know-you” questions. Based on their responses, the virtual concierge is able to make a recommendation for a wine or spirit that pairs best with the user’s taste and personality.
Using QR codes placed in stores, consumers can get recommendations on site that lead to purchase power at the shelf. Consumers can feel sure about their wine or spirits selection, whether its for themselves or as a gift.
The virtual concierge provides a recommendation based on a users’ answers to the prompted questions. The responses they choose reveal which of eight personality types the user falls under. Each personality type is paired with the Moët Hennessy wine or spirit that compliments it best, ultimately providing each customer with the perfect product recommendation.
